Just across the middle bridge from the Venice Island in Florida is the old train depot. The depot has been restored and has become a part of the Legacy Trail. The city developed an old industrial area behind the depot into a park. This waterway is a part of that park. Just beyond the trees are homes. this is one of the perks of living in Florida. Wilderness can be found in the middle of civilization.

My true passion is photography. Since I am not good at drawing or painting photography really lets my creative side loose. Originally from Rochester, New York, I've called Florida home for almost 40 years. Other interests include hiking, traveling and especially cruising. These activities are always finding me new things to photograph. My photographic philosophy is to show people things they pass everyday but never notice.
