A trio of ibis seem unaware of the danger lurking behind them. Trust me when I say they know that gator is there. They just know he is unlikely to go after them right now. The gator is just basking in the morning sun. He'll rest most of the day and go on the hunt after dark. Or maybe he'll just party with his friends. You can see a few of them at the top of the pic.
