Salt water intrusion brought about by erosion is killing the trees of Stump Pass Beach State Park in Florida. The park, located on Florida's west coast at the southern tip of Manasota Key in Englewood is a favorite among fishermen, boaters and beach goers alike. If you want to check it out on the weekend get there early as the parking lot is often full by 9:00.
