The Hillsborough Rivers runs along the edge of the City of Tampa, Florida. Recently the city opened the River Walk that runs along the river. Walkers, joggers and cyclists jam the walkway on weekends and are treated to views of the city including many city landmarks. This shot was taken before the walkway was completed and is my favorite view of the city skyline. The multi colored buildings give the skyline a unique look.
My true passion is photography. Since I am not good at drawing or painting photography really lets my creative side loose. Originally from Rochester, New York, I've called Florida home for almost 40 years. Other interests include hiking, traveling and especially cruising. These activities are always finding me new things to photograph. My photographic philosophy is to show people things they pass everyday but never notice.
