Graffiti is usually considered a blight, but what if it adds to existing artwork? This building on North Howard in Tampa, Florida has murals painted on its walls. Someone decided the empty pillars needed a little something and added a floral arrangement and bird. Blight or art? It's in the eye of the beholder.
