The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.
This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.
The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall. This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.
Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

This is an oldie from back in the day before digital. In other words it is a scan of a photograph. I found it while looking through some old CD's of my pics. I will have to see if I can dig out the old picture and re-scan it.
At any rate this is a training session for cadets at the fire academy. The flames are from propane gas. Two hose lines are pushing the flames back so a firefighter can walk through them. You can see him as the shadowy figure in the flames.
My true passion is photography. Since I am not good at drawing or painting photography really lets my creative side loose. Originally from Rochester, New York, I've called Florida home for almost 40 years. Other interests include hiking, traveling and especially cruising. These activities are always finding me new things to photograph. My photographic philosophy is to show people things they pass everyday but never notice.
