Clouds collect above Charlotte Harbor in Punta Gorda on Florida’s west coast. The water and clouds offer a variety of textures, colors and shapes, from delicate puffs to dark nebulas. They brought no rain on this day which is a bit unusual for a Florida summer afternoon, but it had rained earlier in the day.
