A set of in use railroad tracks run through downtown Tampa, Florida. The train horns are an issue with downtown residents, but are a required safety feature. Naturally the trains need a little help crossing the Hillsborough River. This draw bridge allows that access, though it is usually in the raised position to allow access to boat traffic.
